Faulty and exchange goods

We want you to be really happy with your purchase.

If one of our t-shirts is faulty, please return it within 14 days of receipt and we will either exchange it or give you your money back (including postage costs), depending on your preference. With a big apology.

However, if you wish to return or exchange something because you ordered the wrong size or colour we won't be able to refund the postage costs. We will be happy to exchange your item for you, of course.

How to return or exchange an item

Please post the t-shirt with a short explanation of the problem and the way you'd like it resolved on the reverse of the original invoice.

Please ensure that you get a (free) proof of posting card at the Post Office when you send your goods back.
